「很多」與「沒有」之間，以遞減的方式排列，英語的用法：
Many（很多）> a number
of（不很多）> a few（幾個） > few（幾乎沒有） > none（沒有）
若被問起有沒有異性朋友時，建議在同儕面前用“ a number of ”－ 不致被人看扁；在有意替自己牽紅線的人前要用“
few ”－ 牽起來才帶勁。
